The room was very nice, and we enjoyed our balcony view. Makoto was an excellent dining experience, as was the breakfast buffet at Gessners. I really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown Vail. During breakfast the staff was quickly attending to food preparation, making sure guests didn't have to wait. The lobby had nice decor. The pool, hot tub were great. This hotel is in a lovely location, on a hill top. I felt safe and comfortable here. "
