"Different type of hotel but convenient and easy trip"

"My only complaint, it would have been nice to have ski storage in lobby instead of hauling them up and down the stairs. Elevator very slow which is why we did stairs frequently. Rooms stay unusually warm so glad we could open slider to balcony to cool off. The had cider/water/cookies all day, very responsive to any and all concerns. Very comfortable bedding and pillows."

"The apartment was amazing! Very clean, super spacious, and conveniently located. Parking was a nightmare and I cant stand the smell of marijuana, but its Colorado and its hard to escape that odor."

"They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?"

"Amenities were great during the ski season. Lockers right by the ski in - ski out were convenient so to not have to carry them all the way from the room. The robes were nicely insulated so walking to and from the communal hot tub was comfortable even in colder weather. Then the hot tubs themselves were large! Great experience for skiing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

"Amazing staff, Great Value! We arrived late, but communicated with staff for the check in process after hours. The room was great and matched the pictures. Clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and took time to answer our questions. They had a FREE bus to the Gondola that was timely and on time. Even a Grocery shopping run! On check out, the staff let us still use the shuttle and leave our car parked! Saving us from the astronomical Vail parking fees. I highly recommend...
