"Everything from check in, accuracy of the rooms in photos and ameneties were correct. The only issue we had with the resort were: ice machines on each floor were not working, it was scary to walk on the first floor at night, the bed in our room needed to be updated, we never got the code for the internet, and we could not find the directory of the tv stations. We had to buy facial tissue and hand soup. The pavement up to the resort needs to be repaved and maybe some cosmetic work on the place,...

"Bugs in the room, smelled like smoke, and generally a gross experience. I would not recommend nor do I understand how anyone would rate this more than a 1 or 2 on a 10 point scale. So gross."

"The staff and communication were phenomenal, but the property is quite dated overall. The room stated that it had been fully remodelled, but that did not seem to be a recent remodel based on the bathroom and kitchen. The property was very clear that it did not have air conditioning. However, being on the top floor in the summer made it exceptionally difficult to sleep due to the heat, and with the windows open, there was excessive noise, even at 5 am on a Sunday morning, from laundry deliveries...
