"Swing chairs on the patio were fun, but the place was understaffed. The check in hours were not clearly communicated, and we were own with minimal cell signal and no wifi to get the remote check in going. The bathroom ceiling was peeling so much our kids wouldn't take a bath. The fixtures all looked new and modern, but the shower head was not something I'd ever select- possibly the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a warm shower. The room was spacious, but beds uncomfortable. Coffee in room was terrible, but the tea was great. Full of highs and lows. With a different check in experience, the overall rating would have been a 3, but I wouldn't recommend or go back. The highs weren't worth the lows."

"On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again"

"It was the most disgusting period since the provision of a dirty room with a non-working refrigerator, yellow sheets, dilapidated curtains in stains and the smell of spices that could not weather the air conditioner for 10 days. Kelly (staff at the receptionist) refused to change my room in an empty hotel because "the rooms were not ready!" This rude worker Kelly, also refused to give me breakfast-on-go and in front of my eyes she generously gave extra packages to outsiders with flirting intonations of a woman looking for a partner. It was a shock! The employee Kelly behaved obscenely, brazenly and non-profoundly by demonstrating her discrimination on the basis of my gender (female) every single morning. I do not understand why my pre-paid breakfasts distributed to anyone and became to be a daily "tribal ritual" to humiliate me as a guest?! On top of the bullying, mean employee Kelly deactivated my key to add more stress go back-and-forward to the desk front with the key activation after my daily 10-hours shifts at the local corporation. Such an employee cannot be hired in the hotel business. "Siniora Kelly" misused her responsibilities for paying guests hospitality service with its vile search for men in the workplace for satisfaction of her female ego. I demand immediate investigation of incidents, refund of all my unreceived breakfasts, security deposits, and apologies to me."

"A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates. "
