"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the main road in Salem convenient to shopping and eating."

"The staff were amazing! Rooms were decently clean. A little musty, not much air circulation. The cleanliness of the room was a 4 out of 5. Would definitely stay here again regardless."

"Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff at the front were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are quite large and were very clean. The location is superb, being only a short 3 to 4 minute walk to Essex Street. I would highly recommend this hotel."
