When my reservation showed a first floor room and I originally requested a second floor balcony room, staff was able to make the accommodation and upgrade us to a room with a beautiful view. "Great property in a good location on the Hutchinson Island beach. Rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. Pool and restaurants onsite are convenient. Good service, though we were not allowed to check in until the very last minute even though we arrived two hours prior."

"We loved our 2nd visit and our corgi Maggie Mae was made the queen of the resort by staff. We will be back! The only thing we didn’t like were the taste of the coffee cups in the rooms. Very minor and doesn’t affect the highly positive review. "
