"I was planning to do a surprise for my girlfriend’s anniversary, therefore I would like to decorate the room. I spoke to a staff member over the phone 2 days before checking in, letting him know that my sister will be there to decorate the room on the same day I supposed to check in, but she will be there before I checked in, to decorate the room and to set up promptly and smoothly the surprise, if it’s possible. The staff member told me yes, it’s possible, so I give him my sister’s name and phone number, then he told me that I’m all set. The day when my sister showed up, the manager was there, and denied her access to the room. When she put me in contact to the manager who was on site, even though I let her know that one of the staff member told me that I can do it like this, because I spoke with one of us them 2 days before, she denied her access to the room.
The staff are so incompetent, because they set rules, and even their staff members does not know the rules. At the end, they just messed up everything and ruined my surprise."
