"This is my third week staying here, and at $50 a night, my expectations weren’t exactly high. The first two weeks were borderline acceptable, although housekeeping did a pretty poor job cleaning the room.
The ice maker hasn’t worked at all in three weeks. This stay, the AC barely worked, and when I complained, I mostly got the runaround. The bigger issue is the staff. They’ve been rude, dismissive, and not particularly interested in helping.
For the price, I can overlook a lot, but basic...
