"My first time encounter a check in counter by the outside window and there’s not much choices. Booked with 2 beds room but ended up with 1 bed room.not to mention all noise that made sleepless all night, from air on noise to the laundry utility room beside our room and train noise. The room was for disabled person obviously but the bed was so high. I am so much more disappointed!"
