"It took quite a while to get hot water to the shower in rm 426. Also the shampoo and conditioner provided on the shower wall were empty."

"everything about our stay was great except the actual check in process. they aeemed unable to find our prepaid reservation at first and then ince they found it therr was some confusion about prepayment/deposit that the clerk did his best to straighten out but the supervisors he reached out to were quite curt to both the clerk and to me. they seemed annoyed with him although they also atruggled to fix the problem. it was not a good start to our stay. ince we got checked in (approximately 20 minutes) everything else was excellent. "

"This property was really sort of different and special in a cool vibe way. The breakfast was unique and that they had like a self-styled burrito offered in the morning + I just felt the finishes were very nice in the rooms"

"Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, and well appointed. This was by and large the best hotel I stayed in during this trip (in which I stayed at 10 different hotels). The only negative (and the reason for the 4-star amenity rating) was that their internet service was down the day I was there. Thankfully I was able to hotspot from my cell phone to check email. I will definitely book here again if I need another room in Albuquerque."
