"We stayed in the newly renovated cottage “White House” which is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. My daughter loves the chicken coop and small vegetable garden behind the cottage. The owner and staff were very friendly and treated us very nicely! The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade...

"I adored my suite with a private balcony overlooking gorgeous fields - couldn't be better. The breakfasts were amazing, as were the hosts."

The host that we had the pleasure of meeting was very personable and friendly. He gave us a lot of good information about the sights and the entertainment available, along with all best dining establishments which included their very own Blackberry Cafe',. "Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "

Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day.
