"I have stayed at this property many times and always have booked my reservation through Hotels.com. Checking in is ALWAYS a breeze as there seems to be multiple people behind check in desk to help. The location, ample parking, room size are all excellent features. The bottles of water in the room are a nice touch. There are ice machines on every floor as well.
Initially this trip was going to be a bit longer and I made a reservation for two nights. When I learned that I was only needing one night I made a separate reservation whie forgeting to cancel my previous reservation. Technically the hotel could have charged me for the night I did not show up but they were so kind and did not do this. In fact, when I did check in I inquired about MY mistake and was informed it was already taken care of. This is the type of business/hotel I enjoy doing business with. Like I already wrote, I have stayed on this property at least 20 times as I travel to Reno/Sparks 3 times a year and usually for multiple days. This hotel completely satisfies my needs including the snack bar with some delicious gelato!"
