"PROS: Great location. Plenty of food options right outside the property. The hotel was within walking distance of Broadway, bars, restaurants, and shops. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. CONS: You have to download an app to check in and get a Bluetooth key. If your phone dies, you'd better hope security is around to try to let you in. You have to use this Bluetooth key to get into the property, into the elevator, into the building, and then into your room. "
