Serviced Apartment di Tennessee

"Great place, good service, would stay again and will recommend."

"The pictures of the property - LIE. This is a rundown motel that the owners truly don't care about. The carpet was dirtier than the asphalt outside. The wall sockets were UPSIDE DOWN, the lighting felt like they were using 25 watt bulbs. The towels looked like they were going to fall apart any second. In all this is a third rate place that I would never book again."

"I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again."

"Location and size was great. Also had a fantastic patio and deck. There are a few things to note. Make sure to read about parking ahead of arrival. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the iron did not work properly. There was a weird smell when we walked in as well."

"Self check in is very simple, there are about 7 lockers available for luggage storage before check-in if needed (they are on a first come basis) our room was exactly what we needed, very cozy and clean! The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told...

"It was a very personable experience with a very responsive team! Great location, close to the action."

"Very nice people that work there. My biggest complaint is no elevators, no dish sponge, knife to cut fruit, kleenex, paper towels. Otherwise ok."

"I liked that it had a kitchen w a full size fridge and was spacious . Courtyard was neat w a grill & chairs. Water pressure in shower wasn't great. There were stains on the couch so we didn't use it at all. No elevator, had to walk upstairs."

"The beds, pillows & comforters were super comfortable. Place was smaller than pictures represented, however we appreciated the bathroom size & its aesthetics! The place was very clean. We so appreciated the accommodations made. We had a lovely time & were comfortable between the 5 of us during our stay there!"

"This is my new fav hotel in nashville. The rooms are spacious and you are in a great walkable area. If you're into health the amenities are great too. I wish the parking was free but such is life."

"Stayed here a couple of times and I dig the spot"

"We really enjoyed our stay! It had almost every thing we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and living area had plenty of room. You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Staff would constantly lock lobby to go outside and smoke for hours! When asked for wifi code the GM was rude , unprofessional and said I could not extend my stay for being combative although 8 literally was just asking for a wifi code lol"
