"We booked it non refundable while on the road. After reading reviews was worried but didn't have any issues. Great location to just walk down to Beale street and enjoy the evening. Hotel and room were well kept and enjoyed our stay. Just know that parking might be an issue and the lot across the street is $25 a night. "

I’m disabled and although I’m not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didn’t request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies...

"We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week."
