"This is our 2nd time staying with Long Beach resorts through southern vacation rentals. It was a very easy in and out process which left so much more time for us to enjoy the beach and vacation we try to take every year. There’s a number you can text if you need anything (late check outs, codes, extended stays) we stayed on the 11th floor & the 2nd floor this year and they both was very nice & comfy!!"

"It was clean but in need of updating. Very disappointing in that aspect. No love seat or sofa to sit on. The bed was old with springs! Appliances had rust and was old. Some things to cook with but very small. Thermostat was set to not go below 70 which made the afternoon sun coming through the windows warm but thank goodness we went in October when the temperatures were more mild. Parking is a lot of work as you have to park across the street in a garage and commute back and forth. "

"The carpet smelled damp upon arrival. No housekeeping. Living room TV and telephone didn't work. I called for assistance. No one came during the entire 5 day trip. Parking is too far from room. I was not aware of a parking fee. Great view. Horrible service. No breakfast options"

"Everything was excellent!! The gulf view was amazing, being able to see all the many types of fish with binoculars. Unbelievable!! A must see from the 25th floor. "
