"It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home."

"Host did not communicate prior that the room I had reserved was given to other guests via a different platform. As a result, I spent 3 hours of my time on the hallway floor in the property from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm at night dealing with Expedia customer support and finding and then navigating to a different property. The host attempted to remedy by providing a different room, 5 hours after check in time had passed. The host should communicate with guests ahead of time and coordinate listings...

"Easy check in process. Property is close to Shin Osaka train station. Generally a nice place to stay. But a few issues in regards to the maintenance of the property. I’ve stay at Minn Shin Osaka previously in 2019 and the property was much newer at the time. This time there are scuff marks in the wall, the shower/laundry room has a strong wet mildew smell, under the bed was a lot of dust balls and dirt, scrape marks on the floorboards throughout the room. "Great Place"

"Room was basic but fine and clean. Check in process was problematic and stressful given the access codes given did not work and two 6 year old children needing to use the facilities after a long trip. Eventually sorted, (first code didn’t work, second code likely worked but was miscommunicated) but took about an hour to get into the room which ruined our plans for the evening. Despite this the online reps were doing their best to provide assistance."

"The property was clean and had good amenities including a separate bath and toilet, a washing machine and a stove top. The area around the hotel was also quiet and safe with being walking distance to the Dontonburi street. The staff was also responsive and resolved all of our concerns promptly. "

"家族5人でユニバーサルスタジオに行き、ここに泊まりました。チェックイン方法のメールが72時間前にくるとのことだったのですが、チェックイン1時間前にようやくきてホッとしました。管理上の問題で直前でもいいのですが、その連絡が欲しかったです。 室内は特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。 個人的にはお風呂が大きめでゆったりつかれたのが良かったです。 コンビニも近く、コインパーキングも数ヶ所あり、少しですがリーズナブルな所を選ぶことができました。 また機会があれば、泊まりたいと思いました。(外観は気にしないでね[笑])"
