"Another great experience staying in Europe! The staff were very nice from the start. They made excellent use of limited space, especially the coffee and snack station on each floor, which was both eye-opening and unique. We really loved how clean and well-organized everything was. I still give it 5 stars, even though I later realized we stayed in a smaller room than the one I originally booked and that there was no elevator. One morning we had an 8am departure for a tour and they opened up the restaurant for breakfast 15 min early so we could get coffee and fruit and their delicious croissants. Their breakfasts were wonderful and included cook to order options such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. "
