"Well, the room was nice. The view was fantastic. But that there is not enough money to provide even a bottle of water is not understandable and not acceptable. And they tell you that they don’t have toothbrush and whatever you need in the bathroom or you need to buy it that’s still OK. But they really should point out during check-in. There is no drink in the room. You can buy it here now. I think this category not even a bottle of water not acceptable can absolutely not recommend. "It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"
