"We had vacation plans change as storms on the island and at home changed our travel. IHG was available at very reasonable room rates. We were warmly welcomed and had great interactions with all staff members from the front desk to cleaners. The breakfast was good with nice options. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was excellent! Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. It was a very good stay—especially given the circumstances!"

"Nice setting this property is on. Good proximity to other restaurants and shopping too. Ocean waves crashing to the rocks in front of their open restaurant. Watch the sunset there. Pool and lagoon were cool but nice. Staff was very good - especially the front desk. When a big storm hit and the only restaurant had to close due to weather, the management offered everyone at the hotel a box dinner, and a box breakfast the next morning. Nice touch!"

AC would have made room more comfortable due to storm/rain making it impossible to leave windows open plus safety in sleeping leaving ground floor windows open & slider unsecure if left open. "Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain "

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
