Unorganized and Dirty. From the reception, managment, and shuttle service it was chaos. Took us over an hour to fully check in - from shuttle pick up to actually using the key card to unlock the hotel room - which is only a 5 min drive from the airport. Viaje Hotel Downtown Cairo
Hotel was under construction with only two floors that were finished. Staff were unhelpful. When we checked in we had to wait over 1hr to get a room. We arrived after midnight and the room they gave us was not the right ones. They corrected this for the following night. Would not recommend this.
