"The hotel staff was accommodating, courteous, and helpful. They made me feel like a valued customer and I would be happy to stay here again! The room and hotel were clean. The location was PERFECT for exploring Little Tokyo. I valet parked my vehicle overnight and had no problems with that. Suggested improvements: there was a constant air noise coming from the furnace. It made me uncomfortable because even with the AC/heater turned off, it was still making the noise. The smoke detectors only say "smoke" and not "carbon monoxide" and I would have felt more comfortable if a carbon monoxide detector was visibly present, especially in light of the noise from the furnace. They offered me another room, but that furnace made the same noise. I ended up sleeping with the window cracked open, which led to me being woken up by street racers at 1:30am."
