"The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here."

Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which was not a problem for us- but could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Jeff was very responsive to all of our questions before we arrived. Excellent communication. We stayed with our 2 teens and everyone liked this place! "

"Nice location for beach access and snorkeling at Pāhoehoe Park. E-bike rental next door. Restaurant across street. Nice ocean breeze and the birds will wake you up every morning. Nice kicking trails near by. Would like to return on our next trip to the island."

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."
