They were very hands-on, attentive, and made the entire check-in feel so welcoming. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine care. Dylan was always so helpful and ready to help me and amma plan the day! the friendly attitude of the staff made a big difference in the overall experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The warm service and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. "Love the hotel, I love how it literally connects to a shopping mall! Everything basically connects to each other around there. There's a mall across the street and you just have to walk in the mall that is attached to the hotel and walk outside and then you'll get to the other mall. Loved staying here and will stay here again when I visit! "
