"Perfect location. Located on a beautiful canal and walking distance to everything, including the train station. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at! In the lobby they have a cappuccino machine and jars of candy and a beautiful restaurant and bar. There are comfortable seating nooks all over the lobby and bar. We stayed here for a week and could not have been more comfortable!"

"Great hotel with lovely staff who couldn't do enough for you. One point to note, as the hotel is made up of multiple properties, even though there is a lift , most rooms require you to walk up and down some stairs."

"Great hotel at a great location. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful, and went "over and beyond" to ensure we got everything we needed sorted. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking garage on premise (although very narrow so requires some advanced driving and parking skills). Overall we had an amazing experience and will come back again. "

"The hotel is in a good location and staff were welcoming, but unfortunately the en suite shower was a significant issue, with water leaking onto the bathroom floor every time it was used and covering the entire floor. We also found the room to be quite basic for a hotel that presents itself as a boutique property, so the overall experience did not reflect the price or positioning."

"We are the type of travelers that do not spend much time in our hotel room because we are out and typically return in the evening so as a result of this, but do require the hotel we stay to be in a safe area and feel safe when inside. We also need it to be clean and comfortable and this hotel met those expectation. The staff was courteous and very hands off. Barely looked up when you came in or walked out. The hotel is in a very busy area with a train station nearby. About a 20 minute walk...

"Everything was great. The staff was amazing. Above and beyond. My only concern was the stairs, which I believe would be a consideration in any spot long the canals. Tight and steep. Staff will navigate the stairs with your bag if needed. I was too tired each day coming back to enjoy a cocktail, but they do look amazing. "
