Hôtel très sympa, personnel souriant et serviable. Dommage que la plage en face de l'hôtel n'est pas nettoyer, trop de déchets, ce qui gâche énormément la vue, les chambres sont correctes, la literie impeccable (très confortable), la salle de bain un peu petit mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour... Très bien au niveau qualité/prix

I really loved my stay here. Because it war right by the beach, you can hear the ocean all day/night long. This was my first stop while visiting Phuket for the first time and I had a great introduction to the lovely island of Phuket through Thai Kamala Beach Front. The staff was pretty laid back. I will definitely be back when I visit Phuket again!

Sødt lille hotel ,,, værelset fint , dejlig seng med dyne og gode puder , skøn altan , stedet trænger i den grad til en renovering , området er desværre i voldsom forfald , kanalen lugter fælt , hele tiden , det flyder med plastik alt for mange steder ,,,,

Location is absolute beachfront so the views from the balcony were superb. Easy walking distance to beach swimming areas, shops restaurants, markets and Big C supermarket. Would stay here again

I do not recommend this hotel unless you are wanting to stay in motel like status. The whole ordeal started while trying to even find the place to begin with. Th taxi driver couldn't even find it himself and he lives there. We arrived to the "front desk" which half of is a pop up table. we check in and drag our suitcases up stairs and into the room. The room would have been okay, if there wasn't stains all over the walls and bed sheets/pillows, exposed wires hanging out, broken things all over the room. The lock on the door had previously been broken so they just screwed on another to the already janky door. I didn't even want to unpack a single thing. Not to mention the pending charge on my card was over charged $250 and the guy couldn't even tell me why or what the charges were for... I immediately got on the phone with expedia to cancel and rebook somewhere else. I was supposed to have been refunded, but I still have not received it. I have tried reaching out to the hotel and still no response. I have been waiting about a week now. This hotel is not as advertised in the photos posted and the staff was rude.

Småt men god
Et fint lille hotel direkte på stranden og midt i byen. Ingen restaurant, så morgenmad foregår udendørs i haven. Trænger generelt til en kærlig hånd og nogle bedre udvendige områder. Lidt støj fra aktiviteterne på stranden. Er man ikke til strand er prisen nok for høj. Personalet servicemindet men der er problemer med det engelske som giver nogle sjove hændelser ind i mellem

Didn’t check in, left straight away
I’d booked to stay 5 nights with a non-refundable booking. I arrived, took a look at the Beach/location and left without checking in. I wasted my $, but there’s no way I could have stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean and tidy, however the beach is really average and this hotel is located in the worst part of the really average beach. The Beach may have been ok 40 years ago, but now all the Accom is run down and neglected. I certainly wouldn’t recommend staying here, there are many better places elsewhere around Phuket - which is a shame for the owners of this business, but it is what it is.

Dear customers, We apologize for the unattractive beaches. In this monsoon every beach in Phuket (May to early August) today effeeted by the monsoon season wave is very height and there is a natural waste blew on the beach. We are not calm at all we take part in society by sweeping every day (in the morning or in the evening, depending on weather conditions) We have to apologize to our customers again as hosts and hopefully we will be able to serve you in the most beautiful beach.

Enttäuschung zum Abschluss
Die Zimmer und das Bad sind klein, Betten sehr gut. Unsere Stühle am Balkon haben gefehlt, wurden auf Nachfrage nicht gebracht. Wir waren ohnehin selten draußen, weil dort ein Kakerlak hauste. Kann passieren. Am letzten Tag flogen wir abends nach Hause. Zugesagt war, dass wir in einem Zimmer nach dem Strand duschen dürfen. Es war ein versorgte Dusche in einem Nebengebäude, wo uns gleich eine Ratte begrüßte. Wir waren nach dem Duschen völlig verschwitzt, weil kein Wind ging. Nach drei herrlichen Thailandwochen eine herbe Enttäuschung zum Abschluss. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

ansprechendes Hotel direkt am Strand
Gepflegtes Hotel, sehr sauber, alle Zimmer mit Terrasse oder Balkon mit Meerblick, Bad und Zimmer ausreichend groß. Personal nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend und variabel. Hotel zentral im Ort gelegen ,viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Ok hotel close to a so-so beach
Hard to find hotel! Name on Expedia doesn't match actual name (Kamala village hotel - next to Mama Mia resto). Hotel was clean and had beach towels but no free coffee. One front desk person was very polite and helpful but one spoke very little English. Hotel has direct access to beach but so many vehicles can't go on sand and so many long boats can't go in water so had to walk down beach (not far). Hotel overall was ok.

Pobyt w hotelu należałby do znacznie przyjemniejszych, gdyby nie śniadania! Jeszcze nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z tak beznadziejnym pomysłem na śniadanie. Brak bufetu. Dostajesz kartkę i tam masz do wyboru 3 warianty i 3 tragiczne. 1- jajka ( możesz wybrać sposób serwowania) plus mała kiełbaska i bekon 2- płatki z mlekiem ( kukurydziane w małym słoiczku porcja jak dla dziecka) i 3 wariant w zasadzie to taki sam jak pierwszy tylko podawany jako „zdrowe śniadanie” - jajecznica z samych białek. Wszystko podają z dwoma kawałkami chleba i czymś masłopodobnym ( niezdjadliwym) do tego coś co ma przypominać dżem ( ohydne) i „sałatka”, która składa się z liści sałaty i kawałka pomidora. Byłbym zapomniał do tego można wybrać albo sok albo owoce, kilka dni zrzędu takie same. Ok . Jeszcze można zjeść to śniadanie jak zatrzymujesz się na jeden dzień. Ale nie tydzień !!! Chyba nigdy już nie zjem jajek. Do tego okropna zimna kawa. Ludzie zaczęli przynosić swój własny ser na śniadanie (!!!) Ogólnie obsługa jest miła, hotel w bardzo fajnej okolicy tuż przy plaży, dużo restauracji w pobliżu. Jest czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżko, codziennie sprzątanie. Ogólnie bez zarzutu, ale śniadanie zepsuły wszystko. Jest 21 wiek dajcie bufet !!!

Hotel great... right on beach! Ocean view from room and deck. Only issue is finding it! 3:30 am not visible from taxi/road. Have to go along beach or thru plaza. Clean. Comfortable

Amazing staff!
We arrived much earlier then the check-in time and they were very, very accommodating and very kind to us. We were tired from having spent the whole night on a low budget airline and they allowed an early check in and suggested we had breakfast first, then do the paperwork after which was very thoughtful and kind. Throughout our 4-night stay everyone was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a relaxing view of the beach and boats. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings before breakfast. The room looked recently renovated. We didn’t like the shower much but only because the water would splash the floor from behind the curtain and make the bathroom rug wet. All that was changed daily though so just a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was yummy - we liked the ‘healthy breakfast’ with egg white omelet, salad and yogurt. Fresh fruit was wonderful. When we bought fruit at the local market, the staff would cut it up for us in the morning and add it to our fruit plate. There’s no swimming at the beach because of the boats and the river that merging close by, but we didn’t mind a little walk on the beach to get to the spot for swimming. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. You can easily get onto a shopping/restaurant street from it though. We definitely recommend it!
