The hotel is located at Balikpapan Super Block (BSB) where you can find various restaurants, malls, mini markets, hypermarkets, etc. The hotel room is small compared to the same rate hotel in the BSB area but the types of furniture are quite modern. "The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with."
