"Hotel ini adalah hotel yang sangat mewah dengan interior mewah bak layaknya istana. Hotel juga masih sangat baru berdiri tahun 2015. Servis sangat memuaskan, dengan sistem buttler di setiap lantai. Welcome snacks yang sangat unique menaruh hotel ini sekelas diatas Shangrilla... Walaupun pantainya bukanlah yg terbaik namun saya sangat menganjurkan hotel ini bagi orang yang mengutamakan kemewahan dan servis. Karena itulah yang akan anda dapatkan ;)"

"This is a fabulous hotel and Spa. I had the King deluxe room and it was large and spacious with a balcony. The Sizzle on the shore buffet bbq gives a large range of food types with healthy options. The Spa however, is a must go treat for any travel. There is a gym and also an adult only infinite pool. Then also options for families with small children. You are right on the beach which is sandy. HIghly recommend the resort. "

"We really enjoy Langkawi because of the nice beach, white and soft sands. The hotel was just ok, with the plus points only on the beach and swimming pool. The rooms are old. The bed is so hard. The food was bad, luckily there's a restaurant called Cactus just accross the street which offers better taste for dinner. But because we were out almost all day long, and just used the room to clean up and sleep at night, so we didn't really complain. Oh, the location is good cos it's very close to the...

"Eingebettet in die Natur ohne dass man in einer unangenehmen Holzhütte schläft, gemuröich, sauber, Natur pur uns Affen mit ihren Babys in den Bäumen. Die Steigungen unf Treppenstufen empfanden wir als nicht störend, man weiss schließlich beim Buchen worauf man sich einlässt;) Die Malayen sind deutlich freundlicher als die Thais, ohne künstlich zu wirken (egal wo man hingelangt). Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die angeschlossenen Restaurants haben...

"The apartment we booked smelled stinky. Fortunately, we were able to switch to bungalows. It was also dirty, never cleaned during our stay. We only got bottled water on the first day, there was no kettle in the room and we never got it even though we asked for it. The bed had sheets but no sleeping sheets. We did get it the next day by asking again. Refrigerator absolutely terribly dirty with Geko feces everywhere. The staff were very friendly but somehow indifferent to doing their job well."

"Je suis decu par le resort. Les photos sont trompeuses. La piscine est toute la journée a l'ombre donc l'eau est toujours froide. Le resort est dans un endroit très isolé donc loin a distance de marche. L'hotel nous a envoye vers un prestataire pour aller sur une ile privée mais ils se sont arrangé pour nous faire payer 2 fois plus cher que les autres prestataires. On s'en est rendu compte qu'après malheureusement. Et enfin, le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout justifié. Pour ce prix, j'aurais...

I advice you to book the air conditioning room or els you are in for a very hot night sleep.The owner and staff are very helpful "
