The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "Pas de réception. Heureusement que je suis tombé par hasard (c était minuit) sur d’autres clients de l’hôtel pour qu’ils contactent le manager afin de me donner le code de la boîte aux lettres qui contenait la clé de ma chambre. Hotels.com ne donne pas le numéro de téléphone pour obtenir les codes pour récupérer les clés…. Ma chambre donnait sur un bar discothèque donc point de vue tranquillité on repassera!"

However as it is in the hill insects are an inevitable sight (ants, mosquitoes, etc.) esp in open areas, but it's tolerable inside the house.
