"Definitely not as good as the pictures. It is chaotic and loud. Not recommended. Unfortunately we booked it non refundable so and we were only there for a night and we have to leave because the conditions of the property are just not ideal. Don’t go there, waste of money "

"I enjoyed my stay at Occidental Costa Cancún. It was really relaxing and fun. The staff were extremly friendly.
However, I would say the food could be improved. It was often stale and cold, especially at the 24H snack bar."
