"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. "We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. "The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel was quite clean. The free shuttle and full breakfast were great. We ate dinner there every night-inexpensive and delicious. The ski locker was huge and was perfect for drying out wet skis and gear. Totally planning on staying here on our next trip. "
