"There’s very poor communication from the hotel. The hotel didn’t specify that there are specific timings for the shuttle. After I booked my train tickets and tried to arrange the shuttle pickup, then the hotel told me I had to be at the station at certain time. I had to change my train booking. "Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "Anupuri was 2 min drive or shuttle. Def the best slope for the family and the big boys. Staff was great super helpful. They emailed us regularly asking what we needed and what tours to book. Noa. Was super friendly and also Reese. Big bath tube. To soak in after the slopes. In house breakfast. Had good selection of cereals and hot eggs bacon toast and fruit... very quite and the views are amazing thanks agian def be going back"
