"The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet."

"Ok Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...

"This is my preferred hotel in Topeka. The rooms and hotel property are consistently clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the nearby restaurant options are pretty good."

"Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites."

"Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay"

"The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price...

"It was the perfect hotel for what we needed it for. The 2 bedroom suite had enough room and also allowed for privacy. Recommend this property."

"Honestly best 3 days of my life once you go inside it smells amazing and the room was really cleaned, the blinds really darken the room I overslept and thought it was still night and nope it was already 11am, the staff was amazing too very accommodating and I will definitely come back."

"Very strange bathroom. Sink in the room, closet type area for toilet and shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Staff was very nice and friendly."
