"The property is a lovely, large, old, solid, well-maintained home with pleasant outdoor seating. First and foremost, the staff (owner and “team”) are very pleasant, helpful, friendly! We were making an outing by boat and cog-rail and Isabel was very helpful with day passes, etc. Another time, had an issue with calling a hotel and Barbara was very helpful. A very calm environment, good breakfast, location easy to access by bus, quite close to main train station."

Dinner was well prepared, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The hosts made the experience stand out. "This was by far the best place we stayed at. The apartment was very big with spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The host was very friendly and cater for all our needs. The dinner was one of the best we had in Switzerland. The location with mountain view was very beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again if we visit and would recommend this place to all. "
