"エアコン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、皿、コップ、食器用類などは、揃ってます。 問題点としては、シャワーのお湯が出ない、ブラインドカーテンが閉まらない。と故障？が多かった。 シャワーが1番辛かった。スイスの水はかなり冷たいので、夏でも厳しいです。 チェックインは、かなり楽で、生活用品が一式揃ってるところは助かりました。 場所も駅から近くて良いが、一つ先の通りになると、かなり治安が悪いので注意！"

"They were incredibly helpful and replied to emails very quickly. Very nice place but was hard to find but there directions on the email sent was very very helpful. Check in was so smooth and easy. The free to use laundry room was AMAZING and so so helpful!! The only downside was that the rooms smelled funny and there were stains on the bedding. But that is it. Everything else was perfect and it was in a perfect location. Would highly recommend regardless"

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"No person on-site except for a few minutes at check-in. Then you are left to fend for yourself.... No Air Conditioning or even a mini split A/C....we literally died of heat!!"

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."
