A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center.

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...

Brand new space and a comfortable night at this place. Elia, the host was amazing! The guy even offered to drop me off at my workplace when Uber didn’t arrive in time. An experience par excellent! Will definitely go back

We loved staying in this hotel with its unique history and beautiful decor. It is a special place in a wonderful location and we had fabulous views from our balcony. The walk to Morcote took under 30 minutes with lovely views but you need to wear trainers as the path is uneven. We also enjoyed walking to the castle through the vineyards and exploring lake Lugano by bus and boat. We tended to get Uber taxi’s back up to to hotel as it was a steep climb ( cost 18CHF)

Garden & pool area

Really nice hotel with excellent rooms and gardens. The rooms are air conditioned and spacious with comfortable beds and a private balcony. Taking breakfast in the well tended garden was a joy.

Pictures do not do this place justice. The garden view is amazing with visibility of lake lugano and the distant mountains. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I loved the breakfast, it's simple but very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in the penthouse suite which i think must sleep 5 or 6 (it had 3 bedrooms). The hotel sits on the edge of Lake Maggiore and from the “balcony” of the suite the views were amazing. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We were there for the moon & stars festival and the hotel is right at the end of the food street but we weren’t disturbed at all when we went to sleep. I arrived later in evening by motorcycle and took me a bit of time to work out I needed to login on line in the car park, but once I worked this out, the online system to open the various doors worked very well. New experience not having anyone about to help but once I muddled through it ( I’m 60) it worked surprisingly well. Most impressed. Breakfast in morning was great and pullout drawings with glass tops to see food contents was a nice design touch.

Very good purpose for money

The food was amazing! Definitely the right choice to stay half board and have the set menu each night. Gorgeous view of the Lake, lovely walk to the next village for lunch through beautiful paths, very relaxing place with Swimming pool. Rooms very romantic, with their own balcony.

Once we found hotel and parking everything was excellent. Very friendly welcome. Very convenient for restaurants and the lake
