"Hotel delivers above the value from room to service to location although room is not big but it has all a guest need including a washer that comes with drying function and they even provide laundry detergent at no extra cost. Staff are excellent, friendly and informative with no expectation of gratuity. Location is good, with lots of eateries including mcdonald Recommend to try the massage by 2 blind therapist, there are quite a number of locals. The massage center is within walking distance...

"The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. "I was in the middle of my china trip and wanted to feel abit homely rather than a regular hotel. There was a shared washing machine where i did my laundry and kitchenett in my room. It was all clean and very comfortable. I will def stay again.I wanted to stay in Sanlitun so this was great home feel in Sanlitun. I was happy "

"Frisch zubereitet, showcooking, viel Auswahl, sehr gut. Subway /Metro 30 m zum Hotel. Tolle Unterstützung bei Problemen mit dem Handyempfang, beste Beratung zu Ausflügen etc. Natürlich sollte das Eine oder Andere mal etwas aufgehübscht werden. Schöne große Zimmer, großes Bad mit separater Dusche u. Toilette. Musste meinen Aufenthalt um 2 d kürzen - war kein Problem, Kosten wurden erstattet. Sehr freundlich!!! Sehr zu empfehlen "
