"it is a design property in the downtown centre, which is convenient. However, the signage, in particular inside the room is terrible. It takes time to work out what button is for what. It is not internationally standardised but a uniquely designed and developed most likely by the hotel. And that is the problem. Guests tend to be tired after flight and just want to settle in and relax. Yet, it takes ages to work out how the buttons work and are responsible for what, which can be frustrating....

"I would like to start with staff a very helpful and sweet. They go above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and they have a laundry service . Delicious breakfast and free snacks. "The only small disappointment was the lack of nearby breakfast places. Breakfast usually requires ordering delivery, but this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Having stayed in many different places over the years—from luxury hotels to various types of accommodations—this is by far the best place I have experienced so far. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway. The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions. During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again. Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel. Room is clean with pleasant smell."
