"This might actually be one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at aside from a couple of five stars. But the employees were awesome! The bed was fantastic! They served a light dinner / snacks! If I am ever in an area with another Drury Inn, if they are all like this I will be a customer for life!"

"We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia also, you should not be dealing with buisness this bad. "

"There was mold present. The smell was overwhelming to the point I had to decide for my safety that I could not stay there. I had to cancel my reservation as I could not stay there due to health issues I respectfully asked for a refund and waiting for for the Expedia team to help me get a refund as I had to book another room at another hotel. My entire vacation has been impacted negatively to this issue."

"The Old Fashioned was perfect "

"Hotel staff don’t pick up the phone which made it hard to contact them. It took a while for someone to check us in because the staff member didnt come out from the back. The rooms were the definition of musty, they need to replace the carpets, sheets, cushions, everything. There are places that weren’t cleaned well and I saw some old and decaying things (I don’t even know what). Workout equipment doesn’t work. We stayed up most of the night because people were yelling in the rooms next to us and the staff didn’t come to check on them when informed. The doors are very thin so it was hard to feel safe with people yelling in the other room. There were open/missing windows in the stairwell. The breakfast was two cereal options and tiny muffins sitting out. TV remote didn’t work at all, one of the keycards didn’t work either. I wouldn’t come back here even if I was paid for it. SLOP!"
