"The air conditioner did not work properly the first day ( during heatwave 2026). We complained the next day, they fixed it. The small elevator did not work the second day. They put signs on the main floor, all above elevators had no signs. They fixed it the same day. Carpet is filthy, they give you small square of soap and ting bottle of shampoo from the 1960s.
