"This is the most luxurious resort in Khao Lak! The staff were all incredible and made our start so memorable. The amenities are amazing and the pool residence room was just perfect. Would very easily stay here again and again!"

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les services de BAW et SA à la piscine, ils sont serviables et adorables. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir ! ( si je devais mettre un seul bémol c’est le temps d’attente au restaurant, le service est parfois très long ! Cependant la qualité des produits et la gentillesse des serveurs est au rendez-vous !)"

"From arrival my experience at this resort has been superb. You are warmly greeted in Reception on arrival and each day when in contact with them. They are very helpful advising on excursions and where to go. I did the Thai cooking three-course meal which was a great experience. "Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"Hotellet börjar bli till åren och väldigt slitet. Fina rum men poolområden är slitna. Fantastiskt med alla restauranger på stranden med massa sandleksaker att leka med vid måltider. De flesta vi prata med säger att närheten till restauranger är toppen."

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

Einziger Kritikpunkt: im Restaurant/Bar leider sehr hohe Preise, wir haben dort daher nur die gute Happy Hour genutzt. In der Umgebung gibt es aber zahlreiche Ausgehmöglickeiten."

"First time in Thailand, and this was perfect for me and my son. After a long tired travel we arrived to be greeted with a cold towel, a fresh scoop of ice cream and the kindest people. The staff is truly amazing and this property is very impressive. It is HUGE and there’s an infinity pool that goes all the way around. "The couple who’s running the hotel ist pretty much the cutest! They are so nice and friendly. We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem. It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation. We had a really nice time there and we are open to visit again! "
