"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

Many staff were in experienced and not helpful, others were very helpful, no consistency. Food was good. You need a car, difficult to get taxis and Ubers"

The hotel staff said that they reached out through Expedia to send us at least two separate messages talking about the soccer game and that we would not have parking. We received two emails from Expedia, but no messages were actually relayed to let us know about the parking situation. If the hotel is going to reach...

"This place tries very hard for a slick, modern vibe but fails on all the basics. A good hotel should be comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. Other than location, this hotel fails on all of those points. I shouldn't have to physically climb over my sleeping partner to get out of bed, for example, or turn all the lights on just to figure out how to work a touchpad to turn one specific light on or off. The shower shouldn't be mouldy and the floor dirt-covered, ever, and the once-per-week (!)...

"The room was clean but could have been cleaner and didn’t smell very fresh.You couldn’t open the windows so it was very hot and stuffy.The bar was closed on the 1st night which was a bit of a surprise. All in all it was ok but we wouldn’t book to stay there again."
