"This hotel was okay, not great. First of all, there is NO lift/ elevator and there are lots of stairs - good to know in advance. The breakfast was not great - below average. This hotel caters for coach/ bus tours rather than individual travellers. The original room we were put in was not well kept and the replacement room was better but still not great. "The check-in process was easy and headache free. The breakfast/ kitchen team were kind and helpful. Note that breakfast closes 30 min earlier on weekdays vs weekends (1030 vs 11). The room itself was spacious with clean linens. No mini fridge or way to call front desk though. No outlets in the bathrooms, you have to blow dry your hair in the main room and the dryer is fused into the wall. The light next to the mirror was not operational.
