"I enjoyed the fact that the bar was opened late as l check in later in the night and the staff were amazing!"

"This is our second stay at this hotel. Its rooms have been modernised but still show a hint of their earlier days which is a look I like. Great shower and small kitchen area for a morning wake up cuppa. Heaps of restaurants nearby and of course the bars downstairs. Even though the rooms are above the bars it’s not noisy at all. "

"Easy check in and comfortable. Hot water and cold water were not marked and the hot water was very slow to come out so it was inconvenient to wait for five minutes wasting water until the hot water came out. To make matters worse I was informed at check-in in rather officious manner to keep the door closed and the vent switched on or the fire alarm will be set off. As if I was all ready culpable. "Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. There was a problem on check in and the room had been double booked but the staff were very helpful and organised us another room and compensation. Food was great. Would stay here again."
