"Nice new building, however there is a weird smell in the room. Smell like rotten eggs but definitely not natural gas. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. No free on site parking but can park for free at the park and ride 200 metres away. "

"Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. "This is not a hostel. It is a homeless shelter and should not be advertised on Expedia. There are no on site staff to sign you in. It is done via camera and tv. The place is not clean and there are no amenities. The pictures used show a social area with young backpackers but this is definitely how the building is now. "

"Looking at it outside smashed windows, very old looking needing some tlc but wait till you try to sleep toilet ran all night, walls windows are not sound proof can hear the music banging all night from nearby bars and clubs last night went from 10pm to 6am then the street cleaning started would never stay there again "

"This was a budget accommodation so I wasn’t expecting much. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. I did not expect a leaky roof when it rained. Also a parking space was provided but no signage was visible informing others the spaces were for paying guests, so others used our space."

"Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but...

"Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...
