"The king size bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a big gap in the middle was unable to collect some more sugar our key card stopped working we inquired about upgrading our room was told I had to pay full price for both rooms instead of just paying the difference we also ran out of toilet paper had to use tissues we told the reception staff they told us the cleaners are from a different company nothing they could do about it wry disappointing "

"家族4人で2週間利用しました。キッチン、食洗機、洗濯機や乾燥機、そして洗剤まで必要な物は全て揃っています。またすぐ下にWoolworthsがあるので買い物も便利でした。歩いて数分の場所には湖があり、湖の周りを一周散歩する事も出来るし、近くの公園では無料のBBQ台で焼肉を楽しんだり、テニスをする事も出来ます。素晴らしいロケーションでした。またハウスキーパーの方が残していた食器まで洗ってくれていてサービスの高さに驚きました。モーソンレイクスホテルを選んで大正解でした。また泊まりたいホテルです。"

"This hotel was easy to find, had decent amenities, and was only 30 mins to the Adelaide city centre. Although it was slightly disappointing as we had small stains on our sheets and the noise from our window was loud with the cars going past and people from outside downstairs talking (even with the window and blinds closed). Aside from that, it wasn’t a completely terrible place but could definitely use some improvements. "

"Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but was too cold and wet for us to use. Felt very safe to walk around and people were very respectful so wasn’t noisy. "
