The bungalows are spotless; the grounds and gardens are meticulously cared for and the staff are all professional, curteous and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks to Ketut and his staff. It is the best maintained accommodations that we have experienced in Bali. We would gladly return if the opportunity arises. "

"What a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly, even though they didn’t know very much English, we were able to communicate quite well. My only issue was there was a smell coming out of drain in the shower. But I don’t think that had anything to do with the hotels cleanliness just the sewer system in the area. I learned that everyone in this area knows everyone! So if you need anything, just ask them and they will find a way to make it happen! I...

"So many bugs. Just no amenities in the room. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Views weren’t as good as hoped. Location was very remote. Price was good! "

"The location and the setting was fabulous. Easy walk to beach and eateries. Breakfast was fantastic with lovely homemade bread. The actual rooms were a bit run down and stuffy. Bathrooms could do with a fix up as shower was next to toilet to after showering every time you used toilet you stood on puddles. The outdoor patio was good with good comfy seats. "

I have never had such polite and helpful people at a resort. Any negative areas that this resort has is more than made up for in the quality of their employees.
