"It was a great experience at Sankara Resort. Everything was so clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. Ambience was very beautiful and peaceful. Surroundings was very romantic and calm, I have no complain with this resort or the staff. I have tried food at their restaurant and the fruits were so sweet and coconut water was worth of having. one of the staff member helped us for capturing photos, and making our stay more memorable . I am already missing everything from this resort. Thank you sankara resort and the team for making our holiday so memorable. "

"Beautiful hotel and location. The staff was great an attentive. Breakfast was included which is great but I personally didn’t love the food options. However the dinner menu was great and food was delicious loved the live music as well.
The rooms are beautiful and the hotel grounds are great. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Also very convinient to monkey forest, temples, waterfalls and rice fields. Loved outstanding in UBud. "

"Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is, without question, the best hotel I have ever experienced in terms of natural beauty, setting, and design. The property blends seamlessly into its lush Balinese surroundings while offering refined, modern Western luxury. Every detail—from the architecture to the decor—feels intentional, serene, and deeply connected to nature.
The service is absolutely top-notch. The entire staff is a true joy to be around: warm, attentive, genuinely happy, and always willing to help. Each guest is assigned a personal butler, which elevates the experience even further. Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable.
This was my second time staying at Mandapa, and it certainly will not be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. You truly do not need to leave the property to have a perfect vacation.
Mandapa offers everything on-site: immersive nature experiences, a beautiful temple, rice fields, outstanding restaurants and bars, a world-class spa, a fully equipped gym, and endless opportunities to relax and reconnect. It is the kind of destination where the vacation is simply being there."

"The most breath-taking and memorable place we've ever stayed. It truly defies belief! Every inch of this property is stunning, pictures could never do it justice. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and truly get to know you and care about making your stay as incredible as possible. If they can go above and beyond in any way, they will! I could not recommend Ayung Resort more, and you will not regret it should you choose to stay here!"

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "
