"The Hotel was clean with good food and handy in that it has a bar and restaurant in the same premises, with Pool table and dancing floor.
The staff could be a lot more customer friendly.
I had booked on-line a standard double room. When I arrived the receptionist the standard double room is two single beds. And not a single double bed.
We argued for over 20 minutes and would not change me to my request, unless I paid more.
Not a good first impression to me.

"Room was clean and staff were nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable.
Was very disappointed in communication regarding booking an airport transfer for my arrival. My flight arrived late at night so wanted an easy transfer from the airport to the hotel as this was also my first time in Nairobi. I emailed to arrange this and I got a reply asking for my flight details to confirm however after this email I did not get a reply back so I emailed again 3 days prior to arrival to double...
