"Stayed in the Twin Superior room in June 2026 with my 17-year old son for 3 nights. The room was thoughtfully appointed, gorgeously maintained and very spacious. The hotel is inside the Kyoto Station so coming in on Shinkansen from Tokyo and day trips to Nara and Arashiyama could not have been more convenient. While the Kyoto Station is bustling and crowded 24/7, when you walk into the hotel, it’s a peaceful oasis. The staff was very helpful and professional. Other areas of Kyoto are easily accessible via trains, taxis or walking.
We used the laundry service which was very convenient, it was picked up at 9:30 am and delivered back to our room by 5:30 pm the same day. It was a little expensive though.
Would definitely stay here again."
