"Getting to the hotel by the limousine bus was easy because it’s on the bus drop off route. The check in was quick. There were so many people in the lobby checking in, so it felt overwhelming after a long journey. The room was small but that’s expected in most Japanese hotels. The bed wasn’t comfortable for me, the mattress wasn’t thick enough. We didn’t choose breakfast as it was rather expensive, but there’s a 711 on the basement level that had very good choices for food, snacks etc.
The hotel is within 7-8 minutes of covered walking to the busy Shinjuku station, so it’s convenient to everything."
