"It's not a perfect 5 out of 5. It is the best room you'll find in Vicksburg at this price, IMO. Clean room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed. Only one of two elevators was working, but a repair crew was on hand. I didn't try the restaurants, preferring the options that are downtown. I would definitely stay here again when need a room for the night."

"Truly one of the most disgusting reservations I have ever made on Expedia. The entire property is filthy - greasy floors, trash behind the curtain, smoky pillows, sticky carpet and even graffiti on the furniture in the room with things scratched into it. The staff very fine and very pleasant. I recognize that this is located to be convenient to the casino across the road, but it was truly too awful even for a night. We could not find an alternative. "Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc"

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The property is just beautiful, clean, the furniture and home decor is so beautifully done, all antiques and timeless pieces. Bed was super comfy. But the star of the show is LaTonya. She was so welcoming, accommodating, helpful, she goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious too! We will most definitely be back on our way to/from Auburn when we visit our daughter! Also, within walking distance...
