Such a nice alternative to a regular hotel... we got to feel like we were borrowing a week of time just living in Bournemouth rather than just being tourists. The place is wonderful, clean and conveniently located. David and Precious are wonderful hosts that were attentive and considerate. We can't recommend highly enough! "

"A very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I really liked how the hotel was presented, it was a pleasure to see lovely gardens and such a stylish interior. Every room was really like a room from an interior designers catalogue so thoughtfully decorated we had the extra bonus of seeing it decorated for Christmas. The lounge was really nice with complimentary hot drinks and cookies. Wonderful hotel not far from the town and beach."

"Yes all general amenities were good. the metal structure in the shower fell off, The heating packed up on our 2nd day, and the kettle steamed for a long time with a possibility of burns, the fridge did not get cold enough. "

Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. Rooms were done really well, really friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options (included), and although we didn’t spend too much time in the bar, it was a decent pub. Ubers into town no problem, and onsite parking. Would return / definitely recommend"
