The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. "This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again."

"Very positive experience. Arrived in the morning due to early flight time and they checked us in and said they would look after our overnight bags until our room was ready. Then within 20 minutes they actually had allocated us a room at 9.00 am in the morning. The cafe in the hotel is very good and offered good options for breakfast, general eating and drinking. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war recht überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, was sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Für einen Jersey Besuch kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal."
