"Having a panoramic sea view room was amazing, the view, every hour, changed according to the tides. Room was large and comfy, shower room looked newly renovated. Staff pleasant. Food was really good in the evening, 3 courses £28 but only served between 7pm and 8pm so found that a bit late to eat. Very tasty on the occasions we did this, large meals. Breakfast was basic but tasty and encouraged less waste, great location. Only thing I would have liked would have been a light lunch menu, there...

"Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy."

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again."

"Fantastic breakfast, with a good selection. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Was lovely to have the bathrobes which were of a very good quality. It does not appear any twin gold rooms have a view so bear this in mind if that is important to you. Spa was very nice although the jacuzzi was only warm. The heated beds in the relaxation room were nice and the steam and sauna good heat. We chose to eat in the hotel in the evening and the food was very good."

"Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, full English and Continental if preferred. Dinner was adequate if a wee bit pricey, at £36. Staff in the restaurant are pleasant, very...

"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."
